Diagnosis typically stems from our review of a client's history and physical exam. In some cases, we'll use medication to induce an erection to assess the degree of deformity; advanced vascular testing with penile Doppler determines precise blood supply as well.

Peyronie's often exists in tandem with erectile dysfunction and testosterone deficiency. We'll perform extensive tests when clinically indicated to ascertain whether these are contributing.

Treatment

Treatment is highly specialized, based on severity, sexual goals, and coexisting conditions. Several oral therapies and intra-lesional injections can help depending on your condition. Should surgery be necessary, Obsidian's founders have extensive experience in surgical correction, though we typically refer such cases to our highly vetted colleagues.
