All three of the oral ED drugs (Cialis, Viagra and Levitra) have a very similar mechanism of action. They all happen to be quite effective at treating ED. Success rates are similar although some men may report better results with one particular agent for unknown reasons. There are certainly subtle differences between the drugs in terms of how they are dosed and how long their effect will be maintained.A scientific study comparing the efficacy of these drugs has not been performed so there is not a “best” medication when it comes to oral ED therapy.
