Ejaculatory Disorders
Providing an Unparalleled Experience

Common Deviations from the Norm

Although premature ejaculation is the most common ejaculatory disorder, any deviation from normal ejaculation can be classified as “ejaculatory dysfunction” — impaired or delayed ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, painful ejaculation or simple lack of ejaculation altogether, known as “anejaculation.” Even at their least severe, these problems are highly bothersome, and Obsidian offers a number of treatments to get them under control.

DIAGNOSTICS TESTING

Obsidian gives all its clients a targeted history and physical exam to help us mutually determine the best treatment course for ejaculatory dysfunction. Tests can include screening for underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, prostate ailments and testosterone deficiency, and for men suffering from retrograde ejaculation or anejaculation, we may employ specialized urine tests or examine, via ultrasound, the prostate and seminal vesicles.

TREATMENT

Obsidian offers men many options to treat various ejaculatory disorders. Targeted oral therapies can be effective depending on the underlying condition, and testosterone replacement therapy can be useful for some disorders as well. For clients whose retrograde ejaculation or anejaculation cannot be treated medically and leads to infertility, we offer referrals to fertility specialists whose vibratory stimulation and electroejaculation technologies can help bring about a biologic pregnancy.
